Welcome! I’m glad that you’ve found us. My name’s Jay, and I own four32 MEDIA. Along with Jon Lepp, and a few other talented subcontractors that we call upon when needed – four32 works with small businesses and career professionals to build up their online presence.


But what is four32 MEDIA and how can working with us help your brand?


We use photography and videography to craft custom messages which helps our clients reach their goals. Whether you need a hand with hiring or you want to increase brand awareness and build a following online to increase your profits, we work with our clients throughout the entire content creation process – and we make custom bits of awesomeness for them.


We also use a lot of writing to help with our client's SEO. This comes in the form of blogging, sending out newsletters and making Google Business Profile Posts.


But you know, it wasn’t always like this. I started this thing in 2019, and I’ve really done it all. I’ve worked with the Canada Summer Games, with the First Ontario Performing Arts Centre and with multiple Townships in the Region of Niagara.


I’ve shot weddings and music videos and have worked on multiple community driven projects. And do you know what I’ve learned? At the heart of everything is honest, heartfelt humanity. We’re all the same. We all have loves and fears deep inside of us, and we all have emotions.


I’ve been able to take every lesson I’ve learned throughout my life, and I put it into the work that I do with clients. Clients just like you.


I enjoy getting to know my clients on a deeper level. The bottom line is that we’re all human, and we’re all just moving through this thing called life, bouncing off of each other – exchanging our energies and hopefully having a good time along the way.


Along with four32, I’m constantly pursuing my personal brand, under my name. Since I was a kid, I’ve always had an affinity for psychology, philosophy and spirituality in one form or another.


I learn about all of these topics and I share what I learn through the personal brand, and I’ve been able to adopt a lot of really interesting methods of doing business because of this unique path.


During the prospecting process, rule number one for me is that we need to gel. My first priority when I’m deciding whether or not to take on a project is feeling my way through our initial interactions. I’ll ask myself a few important questions. “Are we on the same page?” “Can we get on the same page?” “Can I even help this person?”


If I’m getting to know someone, and I start to get the sense that our working relationship isn’t going to fly – I always do my best to point them in the right direction.


After all, we’re all the same – we’re all just looking for growth and opportunity, and I’m happy to be a conduit for that growth – whether it means profits for my business or not.


So that’s my background – these are all of the theoretical underpinnings that make me tick. This is how my mind works. But what about our practice? What about the tools that we use?


four32 MEDIA keeps as up to date as we can on the latest technologies and marketing strategies being used in our industry today. We take these technologies in the form of gear and content planning and we combine them with old school marketing techniques as well as the magic of cinema and timeless storytelling.


Jon, myself and everyone that we work with are artists at our core. We distill stories down into digestible pieces of content and we distribute these pieces of content for our clients.


Distribution channels include Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and our client's websites. Each and every platform has its own use and its own special formula for success. For example on Instagram, we stick to short, and to the point, vertical videos in the form of reels, and rich and thought-provoking photo carousels.


On Facebook, the videos can be stretched to be a little bit longer, and we also share external links here. Websites can house testimonial videos, recruitment videos and brand awareness videos – and YouTube can exist as the home for all of our client's long form content.


By using a multitude of platforms, we cross promote the brand that we represent, assuring that we can get the most traction possible for our clients. Operating in this way promotes positive growth, and we love increasing reach with our customers.
