While Jay Ashcroft and Jon Lepp are at the core of four32, we lean on about half a dozen other talented creatives in the the digital content creation arena.
Depending on the demands for collaboration within the project itself, we work with a number of outstanding subcontractors to get the job done right. From second shooters, to editors, to writers, web developers and graphic designers - we've built relationships with the best of the best, and we bring them to the conversation when we're planning your project.

Jay Ashcroft has always been just a little bit... Different. If you've met Jay, then you know that he marches to the beat of his own drum. He's always followed his gut, and sometimes an impulsive and nonsensical approach takes the lead - but the pieces always come together in the end.
Studying Studio Art at the University of Guelph with a focus in black & white film photography, it became pretty clear upon graduation in 2012 that he had absolutely no clue what he wanted to do with his life.
After a number of deep dives down the rabbit hole of a young man's career, Jay eventually landed back in his home town - working under a photographer who quickly became his mentor.
In 2019, Jay started his own company - Jay Ashcroft Videography. This company quickly went through a number of brand changes including Jay Ashcroft Media, Ashcroft Media Co., Ashcroft Media Collective and finally four32 MEDIA.
And now, here we are - with a decade and a half of creative endeavours and career development attempts under his belt, Jay has done it all and seen it all.
With a wide variety of skillsets and various applications - Jay takes what he's learned from his diverse young adult life and applies it to the work that he does with business owners and career professionals every day.
Jay is a photographer, a filmmaker and a writer. He lives an hour north of Toronto with his partner Em and their dog Juni.

Jon Lepp is a free spirit - a human of great joy, great passion and nothing but love for everything that he does and everyone that he meets. His optimism is contagious and his long list of accomplishments and skillsets rival the very best of the best.
He's built a 10 piece supergroup band, he's ridden his bike across New Zealand, and he's gone to University to peak his interest as a writer and a creator.
Jon's zest for life goes into all of the work that he does. He loves looking a challenge up and down and saying "try me". He's already prepping for his second marathon, after all.
If creativity is the end result - the goal - then Jon is endlessly equipped with the energy and drive to reach such a goal.
Whether he's shooting music festivals on black and white film, prepping for his next running event, writing a new book, shooting a documentary film or doing the copywriting, shooting, editing and logistics over here at four32 - Jon Lepp is a creative enigma, and if you've met the guy, you're lucky to know him.
Jon's selfless attitude and undying will to create all things original and beautiful ring true in all of the work that he does, and anyone who gets the pleasure of working with him on a creative project knows this to be true.
Jon lives an hour and a half south of Toronto with his pup Ziggy.
