What Did They Need?
Being a young cabin rental business in the beautiful Niagara Region, they had a lot to offer when it came to location and amenities.
In previous years, they had booked up solid during the peak summer season but needed help with securing bookings in their spring and fall off-season periods.
They also had a finite amount of cabin rental space available; however, they had merch, wellness kits and rental gear to make additional sales.
We decided that social media management, content creation, a website blog and email marketing would be great tools for their business.
Executing the Plan
To create content to reach potential customers, we did a series of photo and video shoots on-location during the off-season the peak season.
We wanted to make sure that our content would appeal to young families who were looking to create memories that would last.
We posted content like this during the spring off-season and had a positive response from young families looking for a place to get away from the grind of work.
We held contests to increase engagement and to give new/old followers serious value - we were able to attract new people to their social media pages.
We made sure to highlight the water park and other fantastic amenities available to guests in order to show off the fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
During the peak season, we saw huge increases in reach on their Facebook and Instagram platforms.
Increasing your reach on social media is essential for attracting new leads with the ultimate goal of converting them into paying customers.
We created a monthly newsletter that we delivered to their previous customers by using email marketing to market their cabin availability and current promotions.
