Gaawww, what a frigin’ adorable couple Annabelle and Nick are!
We got together last year for a fun and loose feeling shoot out at Bissell’s to capture some memories together.
It was one of those beautiful wintery days where the light was hitting just right.
Annie and Nick were so easy-going and relaxed, even though they had to brave the snowy cold!
We captured some silly moments together too. Yes, I definitely forced Annie to tickle Nick with whatever that is.
There’s something special about being able to create an environment where anybody that I shoot with feels comfortable, safe and happy to be themselves. We keep shooting until they forget that the camera is there.
It can be nerve wracking for many people when it comes to being on camera - that’s why I strive to break down those barriers by being vulnerable and silly with anyone that comes on a shoot with me.
For many people, they’ve never had the opportunity to have professional photos taken of them, so I always like to keep it light and fun.
One of the best parts about being a photographer is that I get to meet so many interesting people and make connections on a personal level.
We all had a great time together out at Bissell’s that day and I just wish these two kind souls all the best!
